Luc graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, in 1996. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor Degree in History, also from the University of Ottawa. Luc was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2001.
Luc founded this firm in 2001. He is also a Tribunal Member for the Canada Pension Plan. In addition, he co-hosts a weekly talk show on CHIN Radio called Legal Talk.
Luc’s past professional experiences include working at Nelligan Power (now Nelligan O’Brien Payne), the Institute for Information Technology, the National Research Council of Canada, the Minister of Multiculturalism and Citizenship of Canada, the Tax Litigation Branch, Department of Justice of Canada and the Department of Legal Affairs, Supreme Court of Canada.
His practice areas include Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Animal Law, and Advocacy. He has experience arguing before the Ontario Municipal Board, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
